The Takeover

"Hey, du bekommst jetzt nen Stempel und dann stürmen wir zusammen die Frankfurter Clubs. Das ganze heisst Takeover. Ich spiele 3 Discohouse Platten und dann zieht die ganze Truppe zum nächsten Club. Verstanden? Und erzähls´ allen weiter die hier stehen". Mit diesen Worten drückte mir Hannibal ein Stempel auf die Hand. Und da der Mensch bekanntlich neugierig ist, wird mitgezogen. Vom Monza über das Walden, hin zum Silbergold und weiter durch Frankfurt. Wir stossen auf verwirrte Clubbesucher, welche sich wundern, dass plötzlich Discohouse gespielt wird und grob geschätzt 100 Menschen mehr im Club tanzen. Die Begeisterung des Abends ist schwierig in Worte zu fassen. Vielleicht trifft es das am besten "People in Motion"...

"Hey, you´re gonna get a stamp and then together we will hit the clubs from Frankfurt. It´s called Takeover. I´ll play three of my Disco records and then we will o to the next club. Got it?" With these words Hannibal gave me stamp on my hand. And because the human being is curious, we participate. From Monza to Walden, then to Silbergold and so on through Frankfurt. We run across confused club guests, who are astonished because of our Disco music and about 100 people more dancing in the club. The enthusiasm of the evening is hard to put in words. Maybe this hits it best " people in motion"...
